            Cumin seeds have lots of health benefits. Cumin seeds commonly knows as Jeera and thus helps in digestion.

How to make Jeera Water:


  • Ingredients:


  •      2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
  •      1 Ltr water


Instructions:


  1. In a sauce pan, add water and cumin seeds.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Put the flame on sim and allow the cumin seeds flavor to be absorbed into the water for about 5 minutes.
  4. Switch off the flame.
  5. Strain the boiled jeera water.
  6. Discard the jeera seeds.
  7. Add the strained water into a glass.
  8. You can drink it with Lemon or Honey.
