Introduction of Apple:

Scientific Name: Malus domestica
            Apple trees are large if grown from seed. The apple tree is a deciduous tree in the rose family best known for its sweet, pomaceous fruit, the apple. It is cultivated worldwide as a fruit tree, and is the most widely grown species in the genus Malus. The apple's colors are red, green and yellow. it has a sweet taste.

History of Apple:
             in the story of Adam and Eve, the apple became a symbol for knowledge, immortality, temptation, the fall of man into sin, and sin itself. As with the well-known adage "An apple a day keeps a doctor away" the fruit has been doing much good to people who are health conscious. It would have been smaller and more bitter than the apples we eat today. Travelers through the forest would have eaten the larger, sweeter apples, and started the process of selection, spreading pips across Europe and north info the Baltic regions.

Varieties of Apple:

             Apples are available in three colors red, green and yellow.

Red Apple: Red Apple is good for heart and memory functions well. It also reduces the cancer and maintains urinary tract.

Green Apple: Green Apple is used to maintain bones and teeth. It also aids good vision and provides anti-cancer properties.

Yellow Apple: Yellow Apple is good for heart and eyes, immune system and also reduces some risk of cancer.

Benefits of Apple: 
              Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.  Apples May Be Good for Weight Loss. They're Linked to a Lower Risk of Diabetes. Apples are a good source of fiber and vitamin C.
